About the venue
The Palais des Congrès, Nouakchott will be the host venue of MAURITANIDES 2012. The Palais is the seat of the Mauritanian Government and at the same being largest and most state of the art conference venue in the country. It features a 700 seated plenary room with several large break out rooms and simultaneous translation capabilities. It is located in the centre of the city, opposite the Olympic Stadium and adjacent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
